CPANEL OFFERING PRIVATE SSL/TLS CERTIFICATES ONLY

If you are having a problem with your SSL certificates  being issued as "SELF SIGNED", and not issueing new, real certificates and maybe they were previously working, it might be that you need to go into WHM and accept LetsEncrypt's new terms of service agreement.

We tried everything in CPANEL and could not figure out why some certificates had expired, would not renew and ultimately checked WHM and found out (without any notification) that LetsEncrypt wanted us to agree to a new terms of service.  Once we did that and ran the "RUN AUTOSSL FOR EVERYONE" button it fixed everything.
